Customers can collect their parcels at a time that suits them, making it a popular option for those with busy schedules. **

DPD tracking works by assigning a unique tracking number to each parcel. This tracking number allows customers to monitor the progress of their delivery online or through the DPD app. The tracking information includes the current location of the parcel, estimated delivery time, and any delivery attempts made. Customers receive notifications at various stages of the delivery process, such as when the parcel is out for delivery or has been successfully delivered. **
